The growth window closes permanently. Large breed puppies reach skeletal maturity between 12–24 months depending on breed. Joint development support during this window has a dramatically larger impact than starting after growth plates close. The earlier you assess, the more you can do.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

My puppy seems fine. Why should I do this?

Joint development issues in large breeds are often invisible until they become painful. By the time you see limping or stiffness, the developmental window has already passed. This assessment teaches you to spot the subtle early signs and take preventive action while it still makes the biggest difference.

Is this really free? Do I have to buy something?

The entire 7-day challenge is completely free with no obligation. On Day 5, we introduce MoveGuard Growth as one component of a comprehensive joint protocol — but every other element of the challenge (gait checks, food audits, exercise guidelines, growth charts) stands on its own without any purchase. Zero pressure.

My puppy is already 12+ months old. Is it too late?

It's not too late, but the window is narrowing. Most large breeds reach skeletal maturity between 12-24 months. If your puppy is in that range, the assessment is especially valuable because you're in the final phase of joint development. The earlier in the growth window you start, the more impact you'll have — but any assessment is better than none.

How is this different from the Pawganix quiz?

The quiz is a 60-second product recommendation tool. The challenge is a 7-day hands-on assessment where you actively evaluate your puppy's growth, gait, food, and exercise. You'll come away with a practical protocol and real data about your specific puppy — not just a product suggestion.

Can I do this if my dog is a medium breed?

The challenge is specifically designed for breeds that will be 50+ lbs at maturity, since these breeds face the highest risk of joint development issues. If your dog is a medium breed (25-50 lbs), some principles apply but the growth charts and breed-specific guidance won't be as relevant. We may develop a medium-breed version in the future.
