  • One-time orders over $60: Free standard shipping.
  • One-time orders under $60: $4.99 standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping: $11.99 (2–3 business days).

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from shipment. Expedited delivery takes 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. International shipping is planned β€” subscribe to our email list for updates.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@pawganix.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 2 business days and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. For defective diffuser units, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription anytime from your account dashboard. If an order has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us for cancellation and refund. If it has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.
