Shipping Rates
- Subscribe & Save orders: free shipping on every delivery, always.
- One-time orders $60 and over: free standard shipping.
- One-time orders under $60: $4.99 or $5.99 standard, depending on the weight of your order. Your exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.
- Express shipping: $11.99 or $14.99 on the same weight bands, 2 to 3 business days.
Processing and Delivery
We pack and ship within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from shipment, express is 2 to 3. You will get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves us, and if anything is delayed we will tell you before you have to ask.
Where We Ship
All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally yet.
Returns and Refunds
Our money-back guarantee, returns and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: if your pet has not improved, email us any time between day 30 and day 60 after delivery and we will refund your first order of that product in full. You keep the product.
