Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program
Pawganix operates a recurring mobile messaging program delivering product reminders, pet-care guidance and occasional promotions to subscribers who opt in.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and submitting the SMS opt-in form, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Pawganix at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies (approximately 2β4 messages per month). Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@pawganix.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder, and be 18 years of age or older.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
