Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the product and your pet's condition. For our supplements (YeastGuard and MoveGuard), most pet parents notice initial improvement within 2 to 4 weeks, with fuller results by week 6 to 8. For CalmGuard, most cats show behavioral changes within 1 to 4 weeks. Results vary. Every product is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Pawganix products are supplements, not medications. They contain natural ingredients that are generally safe alongside most veterinary treatments. However, we always recommend consulting your veterinarian before adding any supplement to your pet's routine, especially if they're on prescription medication.

Start with the free check for what you're seeing. Each one takes about 60 seconds and names what's going on: the Itch Loop for itchy skin, ears or paws, the Joint & Mobility Clock for a growing puppy or a stiff, slowing adult dog, and the Calm Home Audit for cats. Not sure which? Pick what's going on and we'll point you to the right one. Or browse by concern on our Shop page: Skin & Coat (YeastGuard), Joint & Mobility (MoveGuard Adult and MoveGuard Growth), or Cat Stress (CalmGuard).

MoveGuard is not sold in size-specific formulas. There are two products, and both are dosed by weight. MoveGuard Adult is for dogs 25 to 75 lb: 1 chew a day from 25 to 50 lb, 2 chews a day from 50 to 75 lb. MoveGuard Growth is dosed on your dog's expected adult weight rather than what they weigh today: 2 chews a day for 50 to 80 lb, 3 chews a day for 80 to 100+ lb. The dosing chart on each product page has the detail.

MoveGuard Growth is formulated specifically for large and giant breed puppies during the critical joint development phase: 8 to 24 months for large breeds, 8 to 30 months for giant breeds. It prioritizes omega-3s and collagen builders. MoveGuard Adult is for adult dogs 12 months and older, 25 to 75 lb, and is built around glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM for daily joint maintenance. Growth is for building; Adult is for maintaining.

Yes. YeastGuard and MoveGuard can be given together, and there is no interaction between them. Both are dosed by weight, so check the dosing chart on each product page rather than assuming the two match.

Because you deserve to know what your pet is taking. Most pet supplement brands hide behind "proprietary blends", meaning they list ingredients but don't tell you how much of each is included. This means a product could contain 490mg of filler and 10mg of the active ingredient you're paying for. We publish every ingredient and every amount so you (and your vet) can verify that our products contain therapeutic doses.

All Pawganix supplements come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, and it runs from the day your order is delivered. Use it every day as directed and finish your first bottle or jar. If your pet has not improved, email us any time between day 30 and day 60 and we will refund that order in full. You keep the product, and there is no return shipping. If your pet reacts badly, if your vet tells you to stop, or if your pet simply will not take it, do not wait for day 30. Contact us straight away and we will sort it out.

For supplements (YeastGuard bottles and MoveGuard jars): No. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund. We don't want you paying return shipping on a health product. For the CalmGuard Kit: If the diffuser unit is defective, we'll send a prepaid return label. For pheromone refills that didn't work, no return is needed.

We process refunds within 2 business days of your request. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

YeastGuard is safe for dogs of all ages, including puppies. MoveGuard Growth is designed for large and giant breed puppies: 8 to 24 months for large breeds, 8 to 30 months for giant breeds. Yes. Cat pheromone products are species-specific: they only affect cats. Dogs, birds, children, and other household members won't notice anything. The diffuser is also drug-free and fragrance-free.
