Pawganix Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Pawganix offers a Subscribe & Save program with automatic recurring charges. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you authorise Pawganix to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you choose, at the Subscribe & Save price shown on the product page and at checkout, with free shipping on every order. Your subscription continues and renews automatically at each interval until you cancel. You will not be charged more than the disclosed price per cycle without prior notice.

What You Agree To At Checkout

Before your payment is processed, you will be shown the product price, your chosen delivery frequency, the discount applied, and how to cancel. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to these recurring charges under these terms.

Renewal Reminder

We email you a reminder 7 days before every scheduled renewal, with the date. That gives you time to skip, pause, change your frequency, swap products, or cancel before the order is processed.

How To Cancel

You may cancel at any time, including after your very first order, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Log in to your account at pawganix.com, open your subscription and choose Cancel, or email support@pawganix.com and we will do it for you. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed. Because you signed up online, you can always cancel online. No phone call is needed.

Skipping, Pausing and Changes

You may skip a delivery, pause, change your delivery frequency, or swap to a different product at any time from your account. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to that order.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and retry it up to four times, three days apart. If it still has not gone through, that order is skipped and your subscription stays active for the next one.

One-Time Orders

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Money-Back Guarantee

Subscription orders are covered by the same guarantee as one-time orders. It covers your first order of a product, not every repeat delivery: if your pet has not improved, email us any time between day 30 and day 60 after that first order was delivered and we will refund it in full.
