“Earn It Back” programme terms
Eligibility
Open to Pawganix customers aged 18 or over who purchased the product shown in the video. One reward per qualifying order, and a maximum of three approved rewards per customer per calendar quarter.
How to qualify
- Post an original video that clearly shows the purchased Pawganix product in use with your own pet.
- Make the post public on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and tag @pawganix.
- Include the required disclosure: #ad #PawganixPartner.
- Keep the post public, tagged and unedited in substance for at least 60 days.
- Send the public post link and your order number to support@pawganix.com.

The free unit is earned once per approved video and is not conditional on views. The cash amount is the single highest view tier the video reaches within 60 days of posting; cash tiers replace one another and do not stack. You may resubmit the same post as it grows and we will pay the difference.
Cash is paid by PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of verification. Free units ship on our normal fulfilment schedule.
Views
“Views” means the public view or play count shown on the post, verified by Pawganix on the live post. One post per claim. Counts are not combined across platforms or across multiple posts.
Content licence
By submitting a claim you grant Pawganix a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish and display your submitted video and your social handle or first name across all Pawganix marketing and advertising. You confirm that you created the content and hold the rights to everyone and everything shown in it. You keep ownership of your video.
Disclosure and conduct
You must clearly disclose that you receive a reward. You must not claim that any Pawganix product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and you must not post anything false, misleading, unsafe, offensive or infringing. We will decline any claim where the disclosure is missing or a health claim is made, and we will tell you why so you can fix it and resubmit.
Verification, approval and fraud
All submissions are reviewed and approved by Pawganix before any reward is issued. We verify each claim against the live post and the order record, and we may request additional proof. Rewards are void where the post is removed or made private inside 60 days, where views are purchased or artificially inflated, or where the order was refunded or charged back. Pawganix may decline or revoke any reward for purchased or bot engagement, ineligible or deleted posts, policy violations or suspected fraud, and Pawganix's determination is final.
Changes
Pawganix may modify or end the programme, or change thresholds and rewards, at any time. Changes apply to claims submitted after the change; a claim already submitted is honoured under the terms in force when it was submitted. Void where prohibited.
