Pawganix Creators — “Earn It Back” · Program Terms & Conditions · Last updated June 2026

  1. Eligibility. Open to verified Pawganix customers, 18+, who purchased the product shown. One reward per order; maximum three approved rewards per customer per calendar quarter.
  2. How to qualify. Post an original video that clearly shows the purchased Pawganix product in use with your own pet; make the post public on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok; tag @pawganix; include the required disclosure (#ad #PawganixPartner); keep it public and tagged for at least 60 days; then submit your post link and order number.
  3. Rewards. Tier 1 (approved video): 15% back in store credit. Tier 2 (5,000 views): 30% back in store credit. Tier 3 (25,000 views): 60% back in store credit. Tier 4 (100,000 views): 100% cash refund plus an invitation to the paid Ambassador program. Reward percentages apply to the qualifying order subtotal, capped at $59.99 for Tiers 1–3 and $99 for Tier 4. Reward is the single highest tier the video reaches within 60 days of posting; tiers do not stack.
  4. Views. “Views” means the public view/play count shown on the post, verified by Pawganix on the live post. One post per claim; counts do not combine across platforms or posts.
  5. Store credit. Issued as Pawganix store credit, valid 12 months, usable on any Pawganix order, not redeemable for cash, and void if the qualifying post is removed before 60 days or if fraud is found.
  6. Content license. By submitting, you grant Pawganix a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display your submitted video and your social handle/first name across all Pawganix marketing and advertising. You confirm you created the content and have the rights to everyone and everything shown in it.
  7. Disclosure & conduct. You must clearly disclose that you receive a reward. You must not claim that any Pawganix product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, and must not post anything false, misleading, unsafe, offensive, or infringing.
  8. Verification, approval & fraud. All submissions are reviewed and approved by Pawganix before any reward is issued. Pawganix may request additional proof and may decline or revoke any reward for purchased or bot engagement, ineligible or deleted posts, policy violations, or suspected fraud. Pawganix’s determination is final.
  9. Changes. Pawganix may modify or end the program, or change thresholds and rewards, at any time; changes apply to claims submitted after the change. Void where prohibited.
