Welcome to Pawganix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pawganix.com and purchases of our products. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 to purchase. You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2) Products & Medical Disclaimer

Pawganix sells pet dietary supplements and related products. Products and content are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian, especially for puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs, pets with medical conditions, or pets on medication.

Statements on our Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3) Orders, Pricing, & Availability

We may refuse or limit any order (e.g., suspected resale). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error (pricing/description), we may cancel or contact you for instructions.

4) Payment & Billing

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for orders placed. Taxes and shipping are added as applicable.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss, & Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6) Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. See our Return/Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and process.

7) Subscriptions / Auto-Renewals (if enabled)

By enrolling in Subscribe & Save (or similar), you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We’ll email before each renewal (where required). You can modify/cancel anytime before the next billing date via your account or by contacting us. No refunds for charges already processed unless required by law or our policy states otherwise.

8) Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotions are subject to terms on their pages and may change or end without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable except as required by law.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access nonpublic areas, interfere with security or operations, scrape without permission, or violate applicable laws.

10) Intellectual Property

The Site, content, logos, product names (including Pawganix and YeastGuard), text, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not use our IP without written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews, UGC)

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent you own or have rights to your content and it does not infringe others’ rights or include misleading or inappropriate claims.

12) Health & Safety

Use products only as directed. Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if adverse reactions occur or symptoms persist.

13) Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for payments, analytics, marketing, and fulfillment. Their terms and privacy policies apply where you interact with them.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawganix and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; nor for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability; these limits may not apply to you.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawganix, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
